Safari Detailed itinerary
Pickup from Entebbe International Airport and transfer to your hotel in Kampala. Relax and enjoy the city views as the lodge staff welcome you warmly and ensure your comfort throughout your stay.
After breakfast, drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park. Stop at the Equator in Kayabwe for a fun photo and Coriolis Effect demonstration. Enjoy lunch at Igongo Cultural Museum and Hotel in Mbarara. Continue to the park and take a Kazinga Channel water safari in the afternoon — a fantastic way to see hippos, buffalo, elephants, and a variety of birds. Transfer to the lodge for dinner and overnight.
Start early with a game drive, taking in lions, elephants, leopards, and more. Return to the lodge for lunch. In the afternoon, visit the Katwe salt mines to learn about traditional salt extraction and interact with the welcoming local community. Return to the lodge for dinner and relaxation.
After an early breakfast, transfer south through Ishasha sector — famous for tree-climbing lions. Continue to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park and check in at the lodge. Spend the afternoon resting, enjoying forest views, and spotting primates from your balcony.
