Sites Travel Safari Terms and Conditions for Making Bookings
A deposit of 30% or 50% of the tour cost is required at the time of booking and the balance, not later than 15 days before the commencement of the tour. Full payment is required when bookings are made less than 30 days before the tour begins. Nevertheless, any pre-confirmation of arrangements, the right is reserved not to execute tours if payment has not been received in accordance with the foregoing.
If a reservation is made within 30 days of departure, the entire amount must be made at the time of confirmation. Gorilla trekking requires a maximum of 12 weeks advance booking. Children 12 years and below cannot track chimpanzees and gorillas.
CONFIRMATION
A booking is considered confirmed upon receiving a deposit of 30% of 50% of the travel cost. Full payment must be done 30 days prior to arrival.
RATES are based on fares and other costs prevailing at the time of publication of the price list and are subject to change without notice if fares or costs subsequently vary due to fluctuation of currency.
CANCELLATIONS
In the event of cancellation, for cancellations made 91 days or more after the purchase date, a refund of 60% of the total price will be issued. Between 90 and 46 days after the purchase date, a refund of 50% of the total price will be provided. Between 45 and 9 days after the purchase date, a refund of 35% of the total price will be granted. Unfortunately, cancellations made within 8 days of the purchase date are not eligible for a refund. Gorilla permits are non-refundable.

TOUR ALTERATION
The right is reserved to change any route or arrangements should conditions necessitate, to offer substitutes of equal value, or to accept the operation of any scheduled tour. The right is reserved to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of any tour at any time, in which event an equitable amount will be refunded.
TRANSPORTATION
Well-maintained Vehicles, Land Cruisers, Toyota Minibuses with pop-up roofs that are
rebuilt for safari, and excellent cars, Station wagons, or Coaches for transfers will be provided according to the route and number of participants. The right is reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors.
