This school was founded by the Anglican Church and is located in the Bunyangabu district. The school is currently government-owned, and it is one of the most populous schools in the area, with over 1000 students and over 24 staff members crammed into undersized, unplastered, unpainted, and dusty floor classrooms. For this reason, the directors of Sites Travel Limited decided to lend a helping hand in plastering, painting, and constructing the floor of three classrooms in order to improve the learners’ learning environment.

We were warmly received by an enormously enchanted group of learners dressed in black and white uniforms, both boys and girls, with cheers and hails directed at the directors of the company that spearheaded the effort to get rid of dirt from the classrooms.

Work hard, focus on your studies until completion, all great things begin small, I was once like you once upon a time,” Mr. Walugembe Enoch remarked to the intently listening crowd of young people who appeared to have effectively consumed his message.

A great moment that enchanted everyone was when Madam Jemima Kanynyuzi, the Old Girl of the School, born of the land and the managing director of Sites Travel Limited, clutched the microphone and blessed the day with marvelous gifts that left the hosts in awe and gasping.

Sites Travel Directors donated UGX 140,000 to the choir, who cordially welcomed us with a gistful song, to help with the purchasing of choir clothes. In order to streamline sports activities in the school, boys and girls in both lower and upper primary sections were provided with netballs and foot balls respectively, as well as whistles. The gift recipients were astonished and couldn’t contain their joy as they clapped loudly and screamed gross enchantment in response to the magnificent gifts.

The PTA of the school was also not forgotten, they were given T-shirts and capes of different colors. From there, The Head teacher led the group to the building to be renovated and the activity of renovation was officially initiated. The directors of Sites Travel Limited pledged to purchase all necessary equipment, including as paint, stones, sand, cement, and Labour, in order to renovate the classrooms and ensure the proper operation of the children’s learning process.

It’s upon this background of community-based activities that we call upon tourists who would be interested in doing responsible tourism to book with us. Sites Travel helped to plaster and construct the floor of a block as just the beginning. If you look at the video you will see the school has no Main hall which is the next project. If you lend a helping hand, you will have greatly contributed towards community development as far as education and other basic cores of life are concerned.
