The Uganda Top 100 mid-sized companies’ survey is a collaborative effort between KPMG and the Nation Media Group, represented by Daily Monitor in Uganda. This initiative, which has been in operation since 2009, has garnered recognition for its consistent dedication to highlighting outstanding business ventures within Uganda. Notably, Daily Monitor and KPMG have been joined by esteemed partners such as the Uganda Investment Authority (UIA), dfcu bank, and ICEA group, all of whom actively contribute as sponsors to the event.

The primary objective of the Top 100 Survey is to pinpoint the most rapidly advancing medium-sized companies in Uganda. This endeavor serves a dual purpose: first, to showcase instances of remarkable business acumen and second, to bring to the forefront some of the nation’s most triumphant entrepreneurial narratives. An exemplary testament to this recognition is Sites Travel, which has been honored with the prestigious certificate on two separate occasions—first in 2019 and subsequently in 2022.
